Manage Subscription
Monthly Seoul Dispatch boxes can be managed from your customer account. Use the same email address you used at checkout.
Sign inSign in
Open your customer account and enter the email used for your Seoul Dispatch order. Shopify will send a one-time login code.
Open subscriptions
Choose Subscriptions in your account, then select your active Seoul Dispatch box.
Cancel or update
Cancel future renewals, or update the subscription options available in your account before the next renewal.

If you cannot access your account, email hello@seouldispatch.com from the email used at checkout. We can help locate the order and stop future renewals for active monthly subscriptions.
One-time boxes do not renew and do not need to be canceled. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not cancel a paid order already being prepared for dispatch.
