Yes. Seoul Read lets you share what you are focused on, such as hydration, barrier support, calming, brightening, firming, or building a fuller routine. We use that signal to improve future curation and prepare personalized options for select clients.

Not yet. Current Seoul Dispatch boxes are curated edits, not fully individualized boxes for every customer. We are testing more personalized curation with select clients before expanding it more broadly.

Complete Seoul Read and share your main skin concerns. As personalized curation opens up, we will use that information to identify customers who are a good fit for select personalized dispatches.

Monthly subscription is selected first on the product page for the lower renewing price. One-time box remains available if you prefer no renewal.

Sign in at seouldispatch.com/account with the email used at checkout, open Subscriptions, choose your Seoul Dispatch box, then select Cancel subscription. You can also start from our Manage Subscription page.

Canceling stops future renewals. It does not cancel a paid order already being prepared for dispatch.

Orders ship from Seoul, Korea with tracked international delivery. Delivery is typically 7-14 business days after dispatch, though timing may vary by destination and customs processing.

Free shipping applies once your cart reaches the local minimum shown at checkout. If your cart is below that minimum, the shipping charge is shown before you pay.

Yes. Seoul Dispatch ships globally, not only to the United States. Available shipping rates and free-shipping minimums are shown for your delivery address at checkout.

The checkout price is final from Seoul Dispatch. Checkout shows your box, any shipping charge, and any duties or taxes collected by us before you pay. Seoul Dispatch will not add charges after checkout. If a courier or customs office asks you to pay separate duties/taxes, pay it first, then send us the receipt within 30 days so we can review and resolve it.

Pay by major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay when available for your checkout. We only show payment methods that are enabled for your address and device at checkout.
