Full Care Box or Mask Box?
Full Care Box is the broader monthly routine: cleanser, toner, serum, cream, SPF, masks, or other category anchors when they fit the month. Mask Box is focused on sheet masks and treatment nights.
Are these samples or full products?
They are full products. Seoul Dispatch is not a sample box.
What is the value of each box?
Each box includes full-size products worth more than the box price. Use the value shown on the product page for the current dispatch, since the exact retail value can change by box.
Is it a subscription?
You choose. Monthly subscription is selected first for the lower renewing price, and the one-time box remains available on each product page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in at seouldispatch.com/account with the email used at checkout, open Subscriptions, choose your Seoul Dispatch box, then cancel. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not cancel a paid order already being prepared.
When will my order ship?
Tracked delivery ships from Seoul, typically 7-14 business days after dispatch. Checkout shows shipping charges and free-shipping minimums before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Seoul Dispatch ships globally, not only to the United States. Available shipping rates and free-shipping minimums are shown for your delivery address at checkout.
Will I have to pay tariffs, duties, or customs fees?
The checkout price is final from Seoul Dispatch. If a courier or customs office asks you to pay separate duties or taxes, pay it first, then send us the receipt within 30 days so we can review and resolve it.
What if something arrives damaged?
If something arrives damaged, contact support with photos of the box, product, and shipping label so we can review it quickly.
Are returns allowed?
Yes. We offer 30-day returns. Products must follow the return conditions listed in our return policy.
Can Seoul Dispatch be personalized to my skin?
We are preparing personalized box selection for select clients. For now, each box is curated around a clear routine direction, and Seoul Read helps us understand what customers are looking for as we build toward more personalized dispatches.
